Hawking Radiation due to Photon and Gravitino Tunneling

Applying the Hamilton–Jacobi method we investigate the tunneling of photon and gravitino through an event horizon beyond semiclassical approximation. Quantum corrections of the single particle action for both cases are found to be proportional to the semiclassical contribution. We show the importance of gauge condition for analysing photon tunneling. Modifications of the Hawking temperature and the Bekenstein–Hawking area law is obtained and the first order correction is shown to be related with the trace anomaly.
